Hey, everyone, this is Shilo. I am 15 years old, and I'm striving for 90 lbs. Some of you may think that I don't need to lose weight because I'm not overweight. However, when I gain 5lbs, it looks like I've gained about 10lbs because I'm a very short person with a very strange body. The upper portion of my body is skinny while the lower portion of my body is HUGE, FLABBERY, FAT, and UNATTRACTIVE!
Let's talk about the upper portion of my body. I have no breasts, whatsoever. I don't disklike the fact that I don't have breasts. The reason for this is that my tiny breasts makes me look skinny! Besides my tiny breasts, I have medium sized arms that have a lot of fat... no kidding. When I shake my arms, you could see the fat jiggle... Alrighty, now my stomach. I use to have a very flat stomach because I ice skated everyday. However, when I stopped skating due to the fact that I didn't have time to train anymore, my hips began growing fatter and my stomach started to protrude. I really don't like my hips because when I wear a tight shirt, you could see all the fat hanging out.
Now, let's talk about the lower portion of my body. I have short, fat, chubby legs... no kidding. This depresses me because I love skinny jeans, but I look so bad in them! In addition to my FAT, SHORT legs, I have a HUGE ass. I'm half asian, and usually asians don't have an ass at all *excuse me for stereotyping. However, my ass is huge, and protrudes when I wear tight tops. Please HELP ME! I need to get rid of all my leg and butt FAT!
Dieting is probably one of the hardest things for me to do. It's probably harder for me than you because my parents own a verrry good restaurant. And as you may have guessed, that's what I eat everyday.
